These surveys are being conducted by market research companies, who in turn are hired by companies who want to market their products more effectively. For a product to be successful in the market, the company marketing it should know who their potential customers are (demographics: age group, gender, socioeconomic class, etc.), their needs and their preferences or wants. By recruiting more people to answer these surveys, the market research companies are able to present to their clients data on who to target for their promotional activities.

A proper success mindset means believing in yourself and the things that you can accomplish. The mind is a powerful tool. However, it does not mean that believing alone will get you there. You also need to take action to achieve the success you want, and not being restrained by self-doubts and fears. After all, courage does not mean the absence of fear. Courage means taking action in spite of the fear. Acting with a proper success mindset allows you to see more opportunities and will give your actions a specific direction towards achieving your goals.
